摘　　要：虚拟企业伙伴选择首先必须要解决潜在伙伴企业信息的获取和规范化处理的问题。为了解决这一问题,提出通过构建企业本体来规范企业资源信息描述和理解。在此基础上建立了一种基于本体的虚拟企业伙伴选择系统,并对企业本体库的内容框架和结构设计方法作了详细介绍。The problems of information retrieval and specification of latent partner enterprise must be solved in virtual enterprise partner selection A method which used enterprise ontology to eliminate different meanings in enterprise resources description and Understanding was presented. And then a kind of information system of partner selection of virtual enterprise based on ontology was discussed and the enterprise ontology database＇ s content framework and structure design method was introduced.
