摘　　要：从系统工程的角度研究数字城市的内涵及功能,建立从城市基础数据资源到宏观政策法规的数字城市系统模型,为城市可持续发展理论提供方法与工具。From the point of view of system engineering, this paper conducts studies on the contain and function of digital cities. It sets up a system model for digital cities based on fundamental data resources and macro policy and regulation, which can provide approaches for the sustainable development of cities.
