摘 要:本文通过对现有能力谱法的研究,在吸收前人研究成果的基础上,探讨了一种简化的能力谱方法。该方法不是根据需求谱与能力谱有无交点(性能点)为评估依据,而是以能力谱为根据求出不同延性状态下既有建筑物相应的抗震能力,并与需求谱相应的谱加速度比较,判断结构的抗震能力是否满足要求。该方法不需要复杂的迭代计算来求结构的性能点,计算过程简单;同时,可以考虑既有建筑物的老化及损伤。最后,本文应用自行编制的计算程序,通过一个工程实例说明了该方法的应用及其特点。Based on some research results, a simplified capacity spectrum method is discussed in this paper. The method judges whether seismic capacity of existing buildings meets the demand by a comparison between seismic demand and corresponding seismic capacity of the existing building under the different ductility conditions calculat- ed by capacity spectrum, but not whether demand spectrum and capacity spectrum have intersection point, which avoids complicated iteration calculation for the intersection point of demand spectrum and capacity spectrum. Besides, the aging, the damage and the seismic capacities of existing buildings could also be considered. Finally, the characters of this method is exhibited by a practical engineering using the computation program created according to the theory in this paper.
