化疗病人陪护人员化疗防护意识的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解化疗病人陪护人员化疗防护意识,探讨应对措施。方法采用自行设计问卷,对3所医院405名化疗病人陪护人员进行问卷调查。结果化疗病人陪护人员防护意识差,防护知识总评分为(25.78±5.10)分。与陪护人员的年龄、学历、与病人的关系有关(P<0.05)。结论注重化疗病人陪护人员的防护管理,完善化疗防护措施,加强对其卫生防护宣教工作。Objective To investigate the consciousness of precaution among the caregivers of patients with chemotherapy and to explore the countermeasures. Method 405 caregivers of patients with chemotherapy from three hospitals were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results The level of consciousness of precaution among the caregivers of patients with chemotherapy was low. The mean score of precaution knowledge was （25.78±5.10） points,which was significantly correlated with the caregivers＇ age,educational level and patientcaregiver relations （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions It is suggested to pay close attention to the management of precaution among caregivers of patients with chemotherapy,improve the precaution measures and strengthen the health education on precaution for them.
