摘　　要：目的减少护理风险事件,持续提高专科护理质量,为病人提供安全、有效的护理服务。方法运用风险管理的理念及方法,在管理上制定对策规避临床护理工作中的风险因素。结果护理风险事件减少,病人满意度提高。结论通过弥补系统缺陷、实施预见性管理,减少了护理风险事件的发生,提高了专科护理质量。Objective To reduce nursing risk events,improve the quality of specialty nursing continuously and therefore provide safe and effective nursing service for the patients. Method The ideas and methods of risk management were applied in nursing management to establish management countermeasures to prevent the risk factors in clinical nursing. Results The nursing risk events was reduced and patients＇ satisfaction was increased significantly. Conclusions The application of risk management can reduce nursing risk events and improve the quality of specialty nursing.
