摘 要:以聚酯级双环戊二烯为原料,在一套100t/a高纯度双环戊二烯的装置上进行了气相解聚-再二聚法生产高纯度双环戊二烯的中试研究。结果表明,经过气相解聚、二聚、精馏试验,确定了最佳工艺条件,解聚收率大于90%,二聚收率为93%,精馏后可获得纯度大于95%和99.5%的两种产品。产品总收率为80%以上,具有良好的工业应用前景。Pilot test was made in a 100 t/a high purity dicyclopentadiene unit with vapor-phase depolymerization- dimerization method and polyester-grade dicyclopeotadiene as raw material. The optimal process conditions were determined through tests of vapor-phase depolymerization, dimerization and rectification. The yield of depolymerization was over 90%, yield of dimerization was 93 %, and two kinds of products with purity of over 95% and 99.5% were gained after rectification. The total products yield was over 80% , so the process has good prospect for industrial application.
