超声多普勒脐动脉血流测定对胎儿监护的研究

摘　　要：目的：确定超声多普勒脐动脉血流测定是一种有效监护胎儿安危的一种方法。材料和方法：取本院住院孕妇８３２３例进行监测，取其异常值的５７０例已分娩的母儿进行研究，并分析其妊娠结局。结果：此法比值异常者可致多种妊娠合并症，如妊高征、胎儿宫内发育迟缓、羊水异常、胎盘老化和早产等。结论：应用超声多普勒脐动脉血流测定有助于妊娠期对围产儿预后的早期诊断，提高围产期保健质量。Objective:To detect that measuring Umbilical artery blood flow in fetus with ultrasonic spectrum analyzer is a effective method to know the fetus conditions.Method:There were 8323 pregant women who were hospitalized and monifored.570 cases hed abnormal umbilical artery blood flow.These mothers and new babies’ canditions were analyzed Carefully.Results:Those who had abnormal umbilical artery blood flow suffered from many pregnant comp lications.Such as pregnancy induced hypertension (PLH).Intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) abnormal amniotic fluid abnormal placenta and premature delivery etc.Conclusion:This method is very helpful for jadging the prognosis of late fetus and early newborns.So it can improve the health cave in fale pregnant period.
