摘 要:根据对水厂沉淀池排泥机结构、工作状态的分析与研究,设计了一套基于CPLD的适合自来水厂沉淀池排泥装置的自控系统,本系统的设计是在对现场工作环境做了充分调研并考虑到操作的灵活性和系统的稳定性,不过多增加成本的基础上,通过动态地改变设备的运行线路的长度及循环次数加以实现。其目的是实现节能节水,经济高效。系统运行两年多的实践证明:与传统排泥机控制模式相比其能耗水耗大大下降,经济及社会效益显著提高。According to the deep analysis and study on the structure and operational mode of sludge water discharge system of the Sedimentation Tank,A set of control system equipment suitable for the vehicle based on CPLD is developed,through a thorough investigation of the working environment and with consideration to operating flexibility and reliability of the total system and lower cost,the system function is realized by dynamic change of the running length and recycle numbers so as to achieve energy and water saving.By more than two years running it is proved that the consumption of energy and water is lower than that of the old working mode and also obtained better economic efficiency and social benefit.
