摘　　要：阐述循环经济的内涵和原则,结合陕西军工业的现状及其传统发展战略,针对陕西军工工业发展循环经济的制约因素,给出基于循环经济的陕西军工业发展战略。Aimed at the restriction factors for Shaanxi military industry to develop cyclic economy, this paper proposals the new development strategy based on cyclic-economy by expounding the meaning and principle of cyclic-economy and then analyzing the status quo and the traditional strategy of the military industry in this province.
