摘 要:以二水合二氯化锡为主要原料,用微波加热法制备二氧化锡粉体。用粒度仪、比表面积仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等对所得粉体进行表征。结果表明:微波加热可使原料反应生成粉体颗粒,其反应物浓度、溶液pH、微波加热功率及反应时间都对粒径产生影响。在二水合二氯化锡用量0.84g、微波加热功率400W、溶液pH为1.9~3.0、反应时间20min、反应物浓度为3.5mmol/L时,可以制备出二氧化锡粉体。从电镜照片可以看出,可以制备出部分的纳米级二氧化锡粉体。Tin dioxide ( SnO2 ) powder was synthesized by microwave heating method with tin chloride dihydrate as main raw material. The prepared powder has been characterized by particle analyzer, specific surface area analyzer, SEM and XRD etc.. The results showed SnO2 particles were the resultants of the reaction through microwave heating process. The concentration of the reactant, pH, microwave heating power and reaction time all had effect on the particle size. The SnO2 powder could be prepared under the following conditions : amount of tin chloride dihydrate 0.84 g ; power 400 W ; solution pH 1.9 - 3.0 ; reaction time 20 min ; and concentration of the reactant 3.5 mol/L. It could be seen from SEM photographs that part of the SnO2 particles synthesized by microwave heating method were nano - sized particles.
