摘 要:热法磷酸生产系统每燃烧1 t黄磷将产生24335 MJ的热量。为保证设备不被腐蚀,此热量需用水或酸经热交换由冷却塔散入大气中。而生产系统中的熔磷、供磷设备及其相关的管线,为保证黄磷的流动及雾化燃烧,需要另外设置装置供给热量,而自身产生的燃烧热能又不能利用,造成热能利用的不合理现象。通过对热法磷酸生产现有技术的分析,介绍了具有自主知识产权、目前国际上最先进的热能回收利用技术。阐述了实施热能回收利用技术后装置节能、节水、减排的效果,以及对中国现阶段节能减排的重要意义。The production system of thermal process phosphoric acid will release 24 335 MJ heat while it burns one ton yellow phosphorus. In order to ensure the equipment will not be eroded ,the heat must be released into the air from the cooling tower after heat -exchanging with water or acid. However,an extra heating appliance should be set up for the system's phosphorus melting and supplying equipments as well as the related pipelines, so as to keep the flowing and atomizing burning of yellow phosphorus. Therefore, the utilization of heat energy is not reasonable, because the heat energy generated by the system itself was not recycled and utilized well. On the basis of the analysis on the existing production technology of thermal process phosphoric acid, the most advanced heat recovery and utilization technology in the world with proprietary intellectual property right was introduced. The effects of energy -saving, water -saving and emission reduction were also introduced after the application of this technology. The paper also pointed out the importance of applying this technology to China's present object of "energy - saving and emission reduction".
