摘 要:文中引入了一种带有差动轮系的RRRPR混合驱动五杆机构。该机构把五杆机构与锥齿轮差动轮系结合起来,使得连架杆的输出转角和长度具有耦合特性,将实时可控电机(RTA)安装在机架上,以消除电机质量对机构动力学性能的影响,改善电机工况。介绍了该机构的运动学分析和综合方法,并反求出可控电机的运动规律。从机构综合示例来看,该机构能够明显减少可控电机的调整量。A kind of RRRPR mixed driving five-bar mechanism with differential gearing system was inducted in this paper. This mechanism let the five-bar mechanism be combined with the bevel wheeled differential gear train thus made the output turning angle and length of side link possess a coupled characteristics. By means of installing the real-time controllable motor onto the flame so as to eliminate the influence of motor quality on the dynamics propetty of mechanism and to improve the operating condition. The dynamics analysis and synthetic method of this mechanism was introduced and the motion law of controllable motor was found by reverse seeking. Viewing from the synthetic example of the mechanism it is shown that this mechanism could evidently reduce the amount of adjustment of the controllable motor.
