摘 要:目的:考察荜澄茄、干姜、辛夷挥发油对雪上一枝蒿总碱经皮渗透的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池法,以小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定雪上一枝蒿总碱中甲素的累积渗透量,并以氮酮为对照,考察不同浓度的荜澄茄、干姜、辛夷3种挥发油对雪上一枝蒿总碱的促渗效果。结果:5%荜澄茄、7%干姜、7%辛夷挥发油与3%氮酮的促渗效果最好,渗透系数(×10-3cm.h-1)分别为55.81,38.28,35.23,34.46;与无促渗剂组相比,促渗倍数分别为1.73,1.18,1.09,1.06倍。结论:5%荜澄茄、7%干姜、7%辛夷挥发油均能促进雪上一枝蒿总碱的经皮渗透(P<0.05)。Objective : To investigate the effects of the volatile oil of Fructus Litseae ( FL), Rhizoma Zingiberis(RZ) and Flos Magnoliae(FM) on percutaneous penetration of the total alkali of shortstalk monkshood root through mouse skin in vitro. Methods:The effects of these 3 kinds of volatile oil and azone on the percutaneous penetration of the total alkali in shortstalk monkshood roots were observed with an improved Franz diffusion cells. The cumulative amount of bullatine A penetrating into mouse skin in vitro was determined by HPLC. Results:5% volatile oil of FL,7 % volatile oil RZ and FM and 3 % azone were optium concentrations, the penetration rates were 55.81 , 38.28,35.23,34.46×10^-3cm·h^-1 , respectively. Compared with the group without penetration enhancers, the enhancement ratios were 1.73,1. 18,1.09,1.06, respectively. Concluslon:The volatile oil of FL, RZ and FM enhance the permeation of the total alkali of shortstalk monkshood roots through mouse skin effectively (P〈0.05).
