普通高校“三自主”选课与体育课程改革的实践研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料分析、问卷调查、访谈法等,对当前普通高校实施学分制情况下的体育课现状和教学改革成果进行分析和研究,结合浙江科技学院的体育课改革实践,提出普通高校建立学分制下的课程设置、"三自主"网络选课等改革措施。建立学生选课制是适应高校体育课程新一轮课改需要的举措,"三自主"选课满足了学生个性发展需要,提高了学习的主动性和积极性;促进了教师专业的发展。并提出了进一步改革学生选课制的建议,旨在为其他高校开展"三自主"教学提供借鉴。With the aid of literature analyses, questionnaire, interviews, the paper not only analyses the status oi physical education and achievement of reforms based on credit system, but also puts forward some measures to reform the course designing and ＂three- independence＂ selected-event, teaching with the physical education reform in ZheJiang University of Science Technology. Selected-event system adjust to curriculum reform of physical education ＂Three- independence＂ selected-event system satisfy the development of students＇ personalities, which not only improves their initiative and creativity, but also promotes teachers＇ career development. The paper is written to make suggestion for other universifies on ＂Three- independence＂.
