摘 要:用膨胀法结合金相观察测定了新型C级大规格矿用圆环链用钢的连续冷却转变动力学曲线,并采用末端淬火法测定了该钢的淬透性曲线。结果表明,该钢获得全部马氏体的临界冷却速度为20℃/s,在20~5℃/s内获得马氏体和贝氏体混合组织,2.0~0.05℃/s获得铁素体和粒状贝氏体的混合组织。在很宽的冷却速度范围不出现珠光体。贝氏体形态与冷却速度有关。通过CCT曲线和淬透性曲线分析预测心部得到马氏体组织的圆钢棒最大直径为35mm。The CCT curve of new C grade link-chain steel was measured by means of dilatometry,metallographical structure analysis as well as hardness test. Meanwhile, the curve of hardenability was determined by end quenching. The results show that the critical cooling rate to gain all martensite is 20 ℃/s. When the cooling rate range is from 20 ℃/s to 5 ℃/s, the martensite and bainite structure is obtained. The mixed microstructure of ferrite and granular bainite can be obtained from 2℃/s to 0.05℃/s. Within a fairly wide cooling-rate range, no pearlite appears. The morphology ofbainite is related to the cooling rate. The maximum quenching diameter of the steel which has all martensite in its center is 35mm through the analyzing curve of CCT and hardenability.
