摘  要:采用固体粉末渗硅法在Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢表面获得了致密的渗层,应用SEM和EDS等方法分析了渗硅层及其精细结构。结果表明,用w(Si)=70%的硅铁粉末为基体,二氧化硅为松散剂,氟化钠为活化剂,在1050℃密封扩散处理4~6 h,可在Cr18Ni9奥氏体不锈钢表面获得厚度在50μm以上的渗硅层,渗层结构致密,其精细结构为调幅分解产物,由表及里的精细程度与硅原子的梯度分布有关。A fine and dense siliconized layer was obtained on the surface of Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel by pack cementation siliconizing. Using SEM and EDS the composition, microstructure and morphologies of the siliconized layer were analyzed. The results indicate that the siliconized layer with the thickness over 50μm can be obtained by diffusion treatment at 1050℃ for 4-6h taking Si-Fe alloy with 70wt% Si as mixed powder, Si2O as packing agent and NaF as activating agent. The fine microstructure of the main siliconized layer is spinodal decomposition product, the distribution of which from outer surface to inner layer is closely related to the gradient of silicon.
