摘 要:研究了常规热处理和固溶双细化热处理工艺对Cr12MoV钢中碳化物形态、分布及晶粒大小的影响。结果表明,经常规热处理后Cr12MoV钢中仍然存在比较粗大的共晶碳化物网,碳化物分布不均匀,晶粒较粗大;而经固溶双细化热处理可以细化钢中网状共晶碳化物,碳化物分布比较均匀,粒度细小、圆整,晶粒得到显著细化。The effects of normal and solution double-refine treatment on the morphology, distribution and grain size of carbides in Cr12MoV steel were studied. The results show that eutectic carbides network still exists in Cr12MoV steel and distribution of carbides is non-uniform, grain coarsening after normal heat treatment; but after solution and double-refine treatment, the network eutectic carbides are fined, distribution of carbides becomes uniform, carbide grains becomes fine and round, grains size is very fine.
