摘 要:本研究利用改进的氟测定方法,测定尿和血清样品中氟离子的含量。结果表明,该方法样品用且少,线性响应范围、精密度、回收率和重现性等指标均符合方法学的要求,与常规法比较,显示测定结果间无显著性差异。可广泛使用于要求高、样品量少的生物材料氟检测。Concentration of F- in urine and serum samples was determined by an ameliorative method. The results indicated the new methoddemanded only small amount of samples, indexes such as linear range, precision, rate of recovery, apperance and so on were up to thestandard of methodology. The comparision between the results of the routine and new methods showed there were no significant differences. It suggested that the new method could be widely used to determine concentration of F- in high-quality and small amount biological samples.
