摘  要:利用激光熔覆成形技术制备镍-青铜合金,成形件表面平整无变形。显微组织为细小而致密的柱状晶。对不同激光功率、离焦量和供粉量条件下显微组织和显微硬度的变化进行了研究,确定了优化的工艺参数。显微硬度分布在160—180HV0.2之间,能谱分析和X衍射分析表明成形件成分均匀无偏析。Nickel-bronze alloy components were fabricated by laser cladding forming (LCF) technology and no apparent shape distortion of the components was observed. The microstructure of the alloy consists of compact and fine columnar grains. The influence of laser power, focus setting and powder carrier gas rate on microstructure and hardness of the alloy was examined and optimum processing parameters were obtained based on experiments. The microhardness of the as-manufactured samples is in the range of 170 HV0.2 and 180 HV0.2. EDS and X-ray diffraction analysis show that the chemical composition of the alloy is homogeneous on the cross section of the sample prepared by LCF.
