国产洛伐他汀片对原发性高脂血症的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：评价国产洛伐他汀片对原发性高脂血症的治疗效果。方法：单盲随机观察１１１例患者用国产洛伐他汀治疗的效果，并与９５例原发性高脂血症患者用美降之（ｍｅｖａｓ－ｔａｔｉｎ，美国ＭＳＤ公司生产的洛伐他汀）治疗的效果进行比较。结果：国产洛伐他汀片２０ｍｇ，每晚一次口服，４周时能明显降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ；８周时血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯进一步下降，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ未见进一步下降。不同时间内各值变化与美降之组相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：国产洛伐他汀片的疗效与进口美降之（ＭＳＤ）相仿，能明显降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和ＬＤＬ－Ｃ。Objective: Observing clinically treating effect of HMG CoA reductase inhibitor domestic lovastatin on patients with primary hyperlipidemia. Methods: Randomized single blind comparing treating effect of domestic lovastatin on 111 patients with hyperlipidemia to that of mevastatin produced by USA MSD Co.on 95 patients with primary hyperlipidemia. Results: Taking lovastatin orally,20 mg,one time every night,could significantly drop total cholesterol(Tch),triglyceride(TG)and LDL C,average dropping value was 1.65±1.34 mmol/L or 23.3%±15.8%(P<0.05),0.58±1.54 mmol/L or 10.9 %± 39.9% (P<0.05) and 1.64±1.18 mmol/L(P<0.05) at fourth week respectively. At eighth week,mean of dropping was 1.92±1.17 mmol/L or 26.6%±12.8%(P<0.05),0.61± 1.08 mmol/L or 13.9%±46.5%(P<0.05) respectively;However,LDL C could not drop continuously at eighth week. HDL C was not change before and after treatment. Measured values above were no significantly difference between lovastatin group and mevastatin group.Conclusion: Treating effect of domestic lovastatin on hyperlipidemia was analogous with that of mevastatin (P<0.05) and dropped significantly serum Tch, TG and LDL C during period of 4～8 weeks.
