摘  要:目的研究鸡胚低分子提取物对D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。方法以孵化16 d的鸡胚为原料经酸碱水解、反复酶解、超滤等精制鸡胚低分子提取物。实验小鼠(BALB/C)随机分为正常对照组、模型组、低及高剂量用药组,每组12只。小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖造成亚急性衰老模型,同时在低、高两种剂量用药组分别给予模型鼠鸡胚低分子提取物。检测各组小鼠红细胞与肝、脑组织内SOD与GSH-Px酶活性及MDA含量。结果模型组红细胞与肝、脑组织内的SOD与GSH-Px酶活性较正常对照组均明显降低(P均<0.01),而MDA含量显著升高(P均<0.01)。鸡胚低分子提取物给药组与模型组比较,可增强红细胞与肝、脑组织内SOD与GSH-Px酶活性(P均<0.05),减少MDA含量(P均<0.05)。结论鸡胚低分子提取物有增强D-半乳糖拟衰老小鼠体内抗氧化酶的活性,抑制过氧化脂质的作用。Objective To explore the effect of low molecular extraction of chick embryo on anti-oxidative system in senile rats induced by D-gal. Methods The low molecular extraction of chick embryo were prepared from the chick embryo incubated for 16 d by acid base hydrolysis and iterative enzymolysis and ultrafihration. The BALB/C rats were randomly divided into normal control, model, low and high dosage extraction groups ( each n = 12). The subacute ageing rat model were established by D-gal of subcutaneous injection. The model rats in low and high dosage extraction groups were given with low molecular extraction of chick embryo. SOD and GSH-Px activity and MDA contents were determined in erythrocyte, liver and brain tissue. Results SOD and GSH-Px activity were significantly lower ( all P 〈 0.01 ), but MDA contents in erythrocyte, liver and brain tissue of model group were obviously higher ( all P 〈 0. 01 ) than those in control group. SOD and GSH-Px activity were enhanced ( all P 〈 0. 05 ), MDA contents were decreased ( all P 〈 0. 05 ) in extraction groups than those in model group. Conclusions Low molecular extraction of chick embryo could increase antioxidase activity in senile rats induced by D-gal and inhibit lipid peroxide.
