脉络宁对随意皮瓣血循环重建的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究脉络宁对大鼠随意皮瓣血循环重建的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、脉络宁小剂量组、脉络宁大剂量组。在鼠背部制作15mm×70mm的单蒂型随意皮瓣,原位缝合。术后脉络宁小剂量组和大剂量组立即腹腔内注射脉络宁注射液10g/kg和20g/kg;术后24h取各组皮瓣组织检测一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量;术后7d测量各组皮瓣存活长度,观察墨汁灌注切片的微血管密度(MVD)和电镜切片中的血管内皮细胞及成纤维细胞的变化。结果:脉络宁组SOD含量高于对照组,而NOS和MDA含量低于对照组;脉络宁组皮瓣成活率和MVD高于对照组;电镜显示脉络宁组毛细血管和成纤维细胞的结构都比对照组完整。结论:脉络宁能提高随意皮瓣的存活率。Objective： To investigate the effects of Mailuoning on the random ischemic skin flaps. Methods： 75 male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group and two experimental groups （low dose of Mailluoning group and high dose of Mailuoning group）. Dorsal skin flaps （15 mm×70 mm） were raised and sutured subsequently back in the original place. Mailuoning injection （10 g/kg and 20 g/kg） was immediately administered intraperitoneally in the experimental groups after the operation, and an equal volume of saline to the control group. The NOS, SOD and MDA contents in the flap were examined 24 h after operation,and the time of survival flap in the 3 groups were examined 7 d after operation. The changes of the capillary infused with Chinese ink were observed. Results： The SOD contents was significantly higher and the NO and MDA were significantly lower 24 h after operation in the experimental groups than those in the control group. Percentage survival flap and microvascular density （MVD） in the experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group; The structure and function of capillary endothelial cell and fibroblast in experimental groups were better than those in the control group. Conclusion： Mailuoning can improve the survival of the the random ischemic skin flaps.
