摘　　要：近年来,农村信用社的职务犯罪行为频发,其手段多样,危害严重,其中,既有农村信用社自身的原因,也有法制不健全的原因,应从完善农村信用社的治理结构、监督机制、稽查制度以及增加惩罚面和惩罚力度入手,寻求解决之道。In recent years, the duty crimes in rural credit cooperatives are increasingly frequent, with numerous means and serious consequences. Some of the reasons are from the credit cooperatives themselves and others are due to the incomplete legal system. To resolve this problem, the governance structure, supervision mechanism, inspection system and expanding punishment scope and intensifying punishment strength are feasible and necessary measures.
