摘　　要：高校目前毕业实践过程中存在较多问题,这是由指导教师和实践主体学生两方面因素引起的,研究分析表明:成立毕业实践督导组,有效监管、严把毕业实践选题质疑、建立指导老师监督机制和奖惩制度、毕业实践创新、建立相应的质量保障体系,实施毕业实践规范化管理等措施能有效克服目前存在的问题。There are quite a lot problems in the fieldwork before graduation, which mainly result from both guiding teachers and students. The analysis of the problems shows that setting up fieldwork supervision group to watch the subject of fieldwork, implementing the mechanism of supervision by teachers, designing quality guarantee system, carrying out standard management can get rid of the problems and improve the education quality of college graduates.
