摘　　要：大学生在就业过程中出现的诚信缺失现象已经成为社会关注的重要问题,建立高校毕业生诚信体系、畅通就业信息渠道、加强媒体舆论监督等是解决这一问题的有效对策。The college students＇ lack of honesty in hunting for a job has become one of the problems that attract wide attention from the society. An effective measure is to set up honesty system and smooth employment information channel for college graduates and strengthen the supervision by media and public opinion.
