河南省乙类大型医疗设备现况研究

摘　　要：目的:全面掌握河南省乙类大型医疗设备的拥有量、分布、平均每台医疗设备服务病床数等资料,为编制河南省乙类大型医用设备配置规划提供科学依据。方法:采用普查法和抽样调查法相结合,对河南省乙类大型医用设备的相关资料进行调查。结果:2004年河南省至少拥有一种乙类大型医疗设备的县(市、区)级及以上医院共402所,县(市、区)级及以上各级医院共拥有乙类大型医疗设备664台,其中,CT为429台,MRI为97台。平均每台CT、MRI在一类地区、省级别医院、综合医院服务病床数大于二类地区、县(市、区)级医院、中医院。结论:CT在各地市、各级医院以及各类医院的数量分布和比例分布较为合理,其它乙类大型医疗设备在省级医院所占比例较大,平均每台CT、MRI在不同经济水平地区、不同级别医院、不同类别医院服务病床数的差异较大。Objective： In order to predominate the number and distribution and serves the sickbed number of Large Medical Equipment in Henan province in all parts and provide scientific foundation for the wave of Large Medical Equipment deploy and layout. Methods： Using broad-survey method and sampling＇ survey method, we investigated the related data of Large Medical Equipment in Henan province. Results：The number of country level and all above hospital is 402 in Henan province in 2004 and owns Large Medical Equipment 664 together, among them, CT is 429, MRI is 97, Every CT, MRI serve sickbed number greater than II-area, country （city, area） level hospital and in I -area, province rank hospital. Conclusion ： The distribution of number and inverse proportion of CT and MRI is reasonable in all levels and in all classes of hospital. Other B-Large Medical Equipment owns proportion more in province rank hospital. Every CT, MRI service sickbed number is difference in different economy level area, different rank hospital and different category hospital.
