摘　　要：文章通过对以晋西北老区部分县区为例的欠发达县域在科技政策体系中的定位,提出了该类型区域在制定科技政策中应当注意的问题及对策,以促进区域科技事业持续发展。After a defition of the system of sci - tech policies in some underdeveloped counties, exemplified by some counties in the old liberated areas in northwest Shanxi, the article proposes some problems should be paid attention to in making, sei - tech policies in these so as to promote the development of science and technology.
