摘　　要：文章从素质教育的基本定义、特征和内容出发,指出了高校图书馆在大学生素质教育中的作用,提出了高校图书馆加强大学生素质教育的主要措施,为素质教育开辟有效的途径。The article, embarking from the basic definition, characteristics and content of quality education, points out the role of university libraries in the quality education of students and proposes some major measures for the libraries strengthen quality education for the students, which plays a very important role in all the university＇ s quality education.
