摘 要:本实验通过测定60Co辐射灭菌前后的三种促黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)类似物(TX55、TX44、TX1)水溶液的含量变化及缓释微孔胶囊载体聚己内酯(PCL)的特性粘数[η]的变化说明:①辐射引起LHRH类似物的分解,TX55、TX44,TX1三种水溶液经不同剂量60Co辐射后含量均严重下降。②辐射引起PCL的特征粘数[η]下降.随着辐射剂量的增大,[η]值减小,缓释材料对辐射非常敏感,易引起降解、缓释材料分子量的降低必然影响其缓释药量的速度与时间。因此,当PCL作LHRH类似物载体时.不宜选用辐射作为其灭菌方法。Preradiated and postradiated injections of LHRH analogs were measured.Then the intrinsic viscosity of the releasing microcapsule supports were compared. The results showed: 1. the contents of LHRH analogs TX55, TX44 and TX1 were heavily decreased, and the decreasing rate did not obviously change with additives; 2. the radilation made the intrinsic viscosity of PCL decreased with the increase of radiation doses. Therefore, radiation seems not to be suitable for The sterilization solution of LHRH analogs and PCL.
