优喘平治疗哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾患的临床观察

摘　　要：优喘平为先灵葆雅制药厂研制的新型无水茶碱控释片，于1995年5月至1997年1月观察哮喘患者16例，以喘息为主的慢性阻塞性肺疾患28例，共44例。每日给优喘平1次，每次1片，连续服用28天。两组第14天临床有效率分别为93．8％和88．8％；肺功能FEV1增值＞15％，分别为85．7％和81．3％。To evaluate clinical therapeutic effects of Protheo sustained-release tablets we reported oral Prothen 400mg/d for 7 or 14 days in 16 patients with bronchial asthma and in 28 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Efficacy was observed by clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.The results showed that efficient rate was 90. 7% and pulmonary function (FEV, and PEFR) was improved (P<0. 05). Therefore, Protheo is a new sustained-release theophyllin preparation, safe and effictive.
