摘　　要：宋代是我国海外贸易空前活跃的时期。福建海商在这一时期逐渐崛起为国内沿海商人的代表,在国内区域间贸易、与海外诸国远洋贩易中具有重要的影响地位。这与宋朝廷海外贸易政策的转变与地方民间观念习俗的转型等因素有着密切的关系。The Song dynasty is the most active period in the history of China＇s overseas trade. In the period, Fujian maritime businessmen gradually became the representatives of the domestic coastal businessmen, who played an very important role both in the domestic and the overseas trades. These are closely related with the changes of the overseas trade policy and the civil conventions in the Song dynasty.
