摘　　要：创新文化建设,是培养创新人才、建设创新型国家的迫切需要,是大学文化建设的时代主题。创新文化是以创新为主导价值观、促进创新行为的文化体系,具有开放性、多样性、和谐性等特征。大学建设创新文化,要大力倡导创新意识,弘扬创新精神;要深化体制机制改革,完善创新的制度保证。Building a culture of innovation and cultivating creative people is the urgent need for building China into an innovative nation, and the calling of the new age for university cultural development. The culture of innovation refers to a cultural system that values innovation and promotes innovative activities, and it is a culture of openness, diversity and harmony. In order to building the culture of innovation, it is important for the university to spread the idea of innovation, inspire the spirit of innovation, deepen institutional reform, and enhance the institutional framework of innovation.
