摘 要:苯可致微血管壁发生退行性病变。为进一步探讨其病理基础,本文对21例苯中毒、19例苯观察对象进行了苯致微血管病变研究。采用微血管显微检查定量方法,测试研究甲襞微血管形态学的病变,观察了苯致微血管形态改变7项指标。t检验结果显示:病例组管袢密度增高(P<0.01),其畸形率占90.6%,输入及输出管径均变细(P<0.01),袢顶直径减小(P<0.01),管袢长度缩短(P<0.01)。提示苯可引起微血管基底膜损害。In order to further inquire into the pathological basis of the retrograde changes in the wall of microangium caused by benzene,21 benzolism patients and 19 observing objects of benzolism were quantitatively studied with seven morphological indeices in nail fold micrangium by microangioscopy.The results showed that in benzolism group,the density of microangioloop significantly increased(P<0 01),the deformity rate might be up to 90 6%,input and output caliber,as well as the top diameter of microangioloop,were all decreased(P<0 01 and 0 001,respectively),the length of microangioloop was also shortened(P<0 001).It suggested that benzene might damage the basement membrane of micrangium.
