摘  要:通过对清漆膜性能的研究,确定了紫外光固化荧光红转换膜的基本组分。探讨了不同颜料含量、颜料间复配对转换因子和色彩纯度的影响。研究表明:颜料含量为45%时,所转换的红光色坐标X在0.5和0.6之间,Y在0.2和0.3之间,符合显示器显色要求;此时,涂料黏度为80000-90000 mPa.s,基本符合涂料丝网印刷要求。在此黏度下,其色彩转换因子顺序为:荧光红〈荧光橙红〈荧光红∶荧光黄=1∶1(质量比)。Main components of coatings were investigated on the basis of physical properties of clear coatings. Influences of contents of pigments or pigments combination on color conversion factor and CIE coordinates were studied in detail. It showed that the values of CIE coordinates X was between 0. 5 and 0.6, and Y between 0. 2 and 0. 3 when the contents of pigments were 45 % , which meet the requirement of display device, and the viscosity of coatings 80 000 - 90 000 mPa·s, could meet specification of screen printing for coatings. The order of color conversion factor is fluorescence red 〈 fluorescence orange red 〈 fluorescence red: fluorescence yellow = 1:1 (m/m).
