摘  要:目的:探讨枸杞在糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织抗氧化反应中的作用。方法:36只Wistar大鼠随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠用链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病,然后观察枸杞对糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中剩余抗坏血酸(residualascorbate,RA)水平,超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxide,LPO)含量的短期效应。结果:糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中RA水平、SOD活性显著下降,LPO含量明显增加,但糖尿病枸杞治疗组视网膜组织中RA水平及SOD活性无明显下降,LPO含量无明显增加,与糖尿病未治疗组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:枸杞具有保护糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织氧化损伤的作用。OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of lycium barbarum L. in antioxidizing reaction in the retinal tissure of diabetic rats. METHODS: 36 wistar rats were divided into I,II,III groups by random, the rats in II, III groups were induced diabetes by streptozotocin, the short-term effects of lycium barbarum L. on the levels of residual ascorbete (RA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), and the quantities of lipid peroxide (LPO) in retinal tissue of diabetic rats were investigated. RESULTS: In the retinal tissue of diabetic rats, the levels of RA and the activities of SOD were evidently decreased, the quantities of LPO was obviously increased. But, in treated group of lycium barbarum L., RA and SOD were not evidently decreased, LPO was not obviously increased. The difference was sigificance compared with the untreated group of diabetic rats (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Lycium barbarum L could protect retinal tissue of diabetic rats from oxidizing injury.
