摘 要:在TiO2溶胶中分别引入Cu2+、Zn2+、Ag+及I-等离子,比较上述各种溶胶所制涂层的室内灭菌性能,得出Ag+可显著提高TiO2的室内灭菌性能.进一步比较TiO2溶胶中引入Ag+的不同方法发现,将Ag+以AgI溶胶方式引入TiO2溶胶中有利于同时促进TiO2溶胶中Ag+的稳定性、涂层耐变色性及其室内灭菌性能,表现出较以络合Ag+引入TiO2溶胶的方式更好的综合性能.结果表明,将Ag离子以AgI溶胶的形式引入TiO2溶胶是一种潜在的制备具有良好室内灭菌作用涂料的方法.A series of doped TiO2 sol were prepared by adding different ions such as Cu^2+ , Zn^2+ , I^-, and Ag^+ respectively, and their bactericidal performances were tested by coated on culture utensil of glass. It was found that the Ag^+ could make a remarkable profit to enhance the bactericidal performance of TiO2 sol in door. After further compared different methods of adding Ag^+ into TiO2 sol, it was found that, the method of adding into TiO2 sol via AgI sol would make all positive effects on the stability of TiO2 sol, resistant appearance change of the corresponding TiO2 coatings and its antibacterial performance in door, which showed a better complex performances than that of the method via the complex Ag^+ with organic agents. This result showed that adding Ag^+ into TiO2 sol via AgI sol would make a potential applying prospect on the bactericidal coating in door .
