摘 要:油田开发生产过程中产生和排放的含油废水含有多种污染物,严重污染了生态环境。石油工业含油废水常用PAC絮凝法处理,但处理后废水的含油量、CODCr难以达标。作者采用PAC絮凝—膜分离法联合处理油田含油废水,效果显著。实验结果表明:处理后的含油废水出水水质与絮凝条件、过滤条件等操作参数有关。当PAC投加质量浓度为70~80 mg/L,反应pH为7~8,反应时间为70 min,微滤过滤温度为40℃,错流速度为2 m/s时,含油废水中的油、CODCr和悬浮物的去除率分别达到99%、98%和91%,出水水质可达一级排放标准。In petroleum production,many kinds of pollutants come into being and are discharged, polluting the ecological environment badly. PAC flocculation was usually applied to the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater in petroleum production. However,the oil-bearing content and CODCr of the wastewater are difficult to reach the criteria by this method. But when PAC flocculation-membrane separation is applied to the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater,remarkable effect has been obtained. The results show that the water quality of the treated oil-bearing wastewater is related to the operational parameters of flocculation condition,filtration condition, etc. When the dosage of PAC is 70- 80 mg/L,pH value is 7 - 8,reaction time is 70min,micro-filtration temperature is 40 ℃ ,and the velocity of flow are 2 m/s,the removal rates of oil,CODCr and suspension substances are up to 99% ,98% and 91% respectively. The effluent water quality could reach the first class standard of discharge.
