摘　　要：结晶器是连铸设备的"心脏",对连铸的安全生产有着重要的意义,良好的水处理和合格的供水水质是保证连铸生产线安全生产和连铸坯质量的关键。针对不同工艺流程和水质研制出的TS水处理药剂和技术,在多套结晶器循环水系统中应用后,取得了良好的处理效果,保证了结晶器的安全运行。The crystallizer plays an essential part in continuous caster and is very significant in production safety. To ensure the continuous casting production line to he carried on safely and the quality of continous caster to he good, good water treatment as well as qualified water supply is needed. Aiming at different processes and water quality, TS water treatment agents and technology have been developed. After being applied to several sets of crystallizer circulating water treatment systems, TS agents are found to he of good performance, having good treatment efficiency. As a result the running safety of the crystallizer has been ensured.
