摘 要:采用浸渍焙烧法制备了掺杂有CeO2的CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂,以提高催化剂的催化活性并解决传统催化剂机械强度差的问题。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察、比表面积(BET)测定、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、X射线能谱(XPS)分析等手段对催化剂的表面形态、物相结构等特征进行了表征。在微波诱导氧化工艺中,考察了CeO2的掺杂对CuO/γ-Al2O3催化活性和稳定性的影响。结果表明,CeO2的掺杂使活性组分CuO在载体表面分散得更均匀,增加了催化剂的有效活性点位和储氧能力,提高了其催化活性和稳定性;在相同条件下,与CuO/γ-Al2O3相比,CeO2的掺杂使得CuO-CeO2/γ-Al2O3对甲基橙的脱色率提高了30%左右。CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst adulterated with CeO2 was prepared by impregnation/calcination process to increase the catalytic activity of the catalyst and solve the problem of low mechanical strength of the conventional catalyst.The surface modality and phase structure of the catalysts were characterized by SEM,BET,XRD and XPS technologies.The influence of CeO2 adulteration on catalytic activity and stability of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was investigated by microwave induced oxidation process.The results show that CeO2 adulteration causes the more uniform distribution of the activated component CuO on the surface of carrier,increases the effective activated spots and oxygen storage capacity,and improves the catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst.Under the same condition,the decolor rate of methyl orange by CuO/γ-Al2O3 adulterated with CeO2 is about 30% higher than that of the CuO/γ-Al2O3.
