摘　　要：外墙外保温系统中有机保温材料的大量应用已成为建筑物不可忽视的着火源。本文在对外保温火灾发生的阶段和原因进行简要分析的基础上,对近期典型的火灾案例按火灾发生不同时段进行分类选编,所有案例均涉及外墙外保温系统中所用的有机保温材料。分析的目的在于使人们充分认识到外保温系统中不合理使用可燃有机保温材料会带来的火灾安全隐患,而通过对外保温火灾发生特点的认识可以更好地指导人们实施减少火灾发生的针对性措施,提高建筑的防火安全性。The compound organic thermal insulation materials used in outer-wall external thermal insulation system has become the important fire source. In this paper, the typical fire cases were classified based on the analysis on the causes leading to fire. All outer-wall external thermal insulation systems included organic materials. The purpose of this paper was to point out that the organic materials would bring the risk of fire, and it was necessary to develop some safe methods for reducing fire cases.
