摘 要:2008年1月,湖南等南方省份发生了严重的冰雪灾害,220 kV线路覆冰严重。在此次冰雪灾害中,实施传统的高电压等级串多线路的220 kV线路融冰方案比较困难。文章对上述融冰方案在实际应用中遇到的问题进行了分析,针对这些问题提出了一种通过降低融冰电压等级对单一线路进行融冰的新的融冰方案。实际应用结果表明,采用新方案的融冰效果较好。In January, 2008 severe ice and snow disaster occurred in Hunan province and other southern and central provinces of China and this disaster made 220kV transmission lines seriously covered with ice, however, under such a severe disaster it was hard to adopt the traditional ice-melting scheme for 220kV lines, i.e., multi 220kV transmission lines are connected in series and the ending terminal of the final line is artificially three-phase short-circuited, then three-phase 110kV AC voltage is applied to the beginning terminal of the first line to make the ice melted by large short circuit current. For this reason, after the analysis on the problems encountered in applying above-mentioned ice-melting method to actual application, a new ice-melting scheme, namely using lower voltage class to implement ice-melting for single transmission line, was put forward. Practical application results show that the ice-melting effect of the proposed scheme is satisfied.
