摘  要:采用烘干干燥法和高锰酸钾法分别测定了市售的罗非鱼沉性饲料、罗非鱼膨化饲料、对虾沉性饲料、牛蛙膨化饲料入水后的散失率及水体COD值随时间的变化。结果表明,四种饲料散失率高低依次为对虾沉性饲料>罗非鱼沉性饲料>罗非鱼膨化饲料>牛蛙膨化饲料。罗非鱼沉性饲料和对虾沉性饲料的散失率较两种膨化饲料高,但其水体COD值比两种膨化饲料低。This experiment was conducted to determine the loss rates of four kinds of pellets with drying method and the COD values with potassium permanganate method after different periods of pellets immersion in distilled water.The pel- lets included tilapia sinking pellet ,shrimp sinking pellet, tilapia expanded pellet and bullfrog expanded pellet. The results indicated that shrimp pellet loss rate was the highest in the four pellets,tilapia sinking pellet ranked the second,tilapia expanded pellet and bullfrog expanded pellet followed in the rear.The loss rates of both sinking pellets were higher than that of both expanded pellets, but COD values were just opposite to loss rates.
