摘  要:以枯草芽孢杆菌为研究对象,考察了真空后喷涂系统对颗粒间均匀性及颗粒内外均匀性的影响因素。研究结果表明:真空后喷涂技术可显著提高颗粒饲料内外均匀性并能有效提高芽孢杆菌的活性保存率。就试验系统而言,当混合时间6min、喷嘴流量1.5L/min、喷涂压力0.4MPa时,颗粒间均匀性达最优;当在颗粒直径2mm、真空压力0.02MPa、真空释放时间120s条件下,对枯草芽孢杆菌进行真空后喷涂试验时颗粒内外均匀性达最优。In order to reduce microecological preparation loss during the manufacture of compound feeds,a series of experiments taking Bacillus subtilis as an example were carried out based on vacuum spray technology.The experiments included the uniformity of coating experiment and the homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellet experiment.The result indicated that the uniformity of coating was mainly decided by the mixing time and diameter of noz- zle, the homogeneity was mainly decided by the vacuum equalizing time and the diameter of pellet.Under the experimental conditions, the optimum parameters of the uniformity of coating were also provided.
