浅谈对工程建设监理工作认识上的几个误区

摘　　要：工程建设监理制度已经推行了十年之久,但是人们对监理工作的认识并不准确,还存在一些误区。这些认识上的误区,会使监理工作得不到业主应有的理解、重视和支持,甚至遭到不应有的干涉及阻力,影响监理工作的正常开展。监理工作只有被正确地理解和认识,才能得到建设单位的支持,才会提升监理的工作力度,从而达到预期的效果,确保工程建设项目实现计划目标。The supervision policy of project construction has been applied for a decade, but people＇s ideas on this issue are not accurate, there are still some misconcepts, which may give rise to inadequate understanding, concern and support of consumers, even arise intervention and obstacles. In order to obtain sufficient support from the construction company and a good result, the supervision should be correctly understand and known, then the construction goal can be realized.
