摘　　要：随着我国经济发展与社会阶层结构的不断形成,商业银行零售业务由于其自身的灵活性、厚利性和极具潜力的特点,在内外资银行发展版图上占据越来越重要的地位。如何在强大的利益诱因和需求拉力作用下,找准零售战略转型与业务发展的关键结合点至关重要。With the development of our social economy and the forraing of social structure, the retail business of commercial bank is more and more important, it is important to find out the combination point of retail business strategy change and business development.
