浮选尾煤中高附加值粗颗粒的回收研究

摘　　要：分析了某选煤厂浮选尾煤的性质，在磨机中将尾煤中的粗颗粒煤超细粉碎后，利用絮团浮选法进行分选，可得到灰分为8．58％-9．04％的精煤，产率为70．44％-73．53％；通过成本核算，发现将粗颗粒煤泥深加工后的经济效益远远高于尾煤直接出售。Properties of flotation tailing from one coal preparation plant analyzed;experiments taken on fine-grinding of coarse slime from such tailing and its separation by flocculation-flotation,giving a concentrate with ash content of 8.58%～9.04% at a yield of 70.44%～73.53%;denoted by calculation of production cost that deep processing of coarse slime being more beneficial than direct sale of the tailing as a whole.
