摘 要:30只42日龄鹅为试验动物,以砻糠和玉米秸秆为主要纤维源,在日粮等能量等蛋白的前提下,采用同位素示踪技术,研究了不同日粮粗纤维水平(3%、5%、7%、9%和11%)对鹅内源氨基酸排泄量和氨基酸真消化率的影响。结果表明,内源氨基酸排泄量指标,CF11组(最高)比CF3组(最低)升高了92.13%(P〈0.01);氨基酸真消化率指标,CF11组(最低)比CF5组(最高)降低了39.88%(P〈0.01);粗纤维水平在3%。7%范围内随粗纤维水平增加,鹅内源氨基酸排泄量有升高的趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),氨基酸真消化率较高且较稳定(P〉0.05);粗纤维在7%-11%范围内随着粗纤维水平的增加,内源氨基酸排泄量极显著升高(P〈0.01),氨基酸真消化率极显著降低(P〈0.01)。Rice hull meal and corn stalk meal as the main sources of fiber, thirty 42 - day geese as experimental animals and isotopic tracer technique as research method, were used to study for the first time the effect of diets containing different crude fiber levels (3 %, 5 %, 7 % , 9%, 11% ) with equal energy and protein on geese endogenous amino acid excretion and true digestibility of amino acid. Results show that: to the index of endogenous amino acid excretion, CF11 group (highest) than CF3 group (lowest) increases by 92.13% ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; to the index of true digestibility of amino acids, CF11 group (minimum) than CF5 group (maximum) decreases by 39.88 % ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; CF level in the range from 3 % to 7%, with the crude fiber levels increasing, the geese endogenous amino acid excretion is on the rise, but the difference is not significant (P 〉 0.05), and the true digestibility of amino acid is higher and more stable(P 〉 0.05); CF level in the range from 7% to 11%, with the crude fiber levels rising, the endogenous amino acid excretion increases extremely significantly (P 〈 0.01 ), and the true digestibility of amino acid decreases extremely significantly (P 〈 0.01 ).
