摘　　要：垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活多肽(PACAP)属于神经内分泌的肽类激素,其能抑制动物的采食,改变动物摄食行为。本文综述了PACAP的一级结构、体内分布、PACAP受体及其对动物采食和摄食行为的影响及作用机制。Pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide （PACAP） is a peptide hormone in central nervous system,which can inhibit animal food intake and affect animal feeding behavior.The primary structure,the distribution of PACAP,the PACAP receptors and effects of PACAP on animal feeding and feeding behaviors and mechanism of action were mainly stated.
