摘  要:利用油气回收实验平台,模拟实际汽油装罐过程的蒸发损耗现象,研究装油过程蒸发损耗规律,考察不同装油速度、装油口高度、油罐气体空间初始油气体积分数对油气质量浓度和装油气液化的影响。实验结果表明,相同装油速度下高装油口气液比远大于中、低装油口,且当装油流量小于1.0m3/h时高装油口气液比随装油流量增大而增大,而中、低装油口则相反;数据表明,中、高装油口装油时油罐气体空间油气质量浓度远大于低装油口的情况。Rule of evaporation loss during oil filling is studied through simulation of actual situation by the use of gas and oil recovery test facilities. The impacts of filling rate, height of filling port, gas volume of tank, and initial ratio of gas and oil on the content of oil and gas and ratio of gas and liquid are studied. Test results show that ratio of gas and liquid with high filling port is far more than that of low one. When filling rate is less than 1.0m3/h,ratio of gas and liquid increases with flow for high filling port and decreases with flow for medium and low filling port. Data show that content of oil and gas for medium and high filling port is far less than that of low filling port.
