摘　　要：图像信息的安全保护问题越来越受到重视,感兴趣区(ROI)的局部图像信息保护具有广阔的应用前景;文中提出一种用户定义感兴趣区域(ROI)的图像信息隐藏算法,提出将置乱技术与混沌加密技术相结合,实现图像的ROI加密隐藏,解决涉密图像在公共网络上传输的安全问题;实验结果表明,该算法加密效果好,加密强度高,能够方便地实现ROI的图像信息加密隐藏和解密。An image encryption hiding algorithm , based on user region of interest （ROI） , is proposed. The image was divided the ROI and the UROI using the color model and sketch method. Furthermore, the scrambling transformation method and chaos encryption method are deployed to gain ROI＇s information hiding. Experimental results show that this algorithm can achieve efficient ROI＇s information encryption and hiding, which could protects sensitive and secrete information of digital image. It will be a feasible and efficient solution for the sensitive and secrete picture＇s protect in the Internet.
